Knitalong/World Wide Knit in Public Day

Larissa Brown, author of Knitalong, joined us to talk about the social aspects of knitting, including World Wide Knit in Public Day this Saturday, June 13, 2009.  She also talked about a Portland-based project where people around the world knit squares which are then stiched into large blankets which will be auctioned off to benefit Doctors Without Boarders.

To participate in the blanket project, visit Larissa's website.
