Beauty expert Dorothy Ryan showed us how to get sizzling summer skin without over-spending or over-exposure to the sun!
As the temperature increases, so does our desire to get outdoors, socialize and show some skin.  From ethereal summer frocks to strappy sandals, skin imperfections have nowhere to hide!   However, a few inexpensive products and basic tips can help get skin looking even-toned, smooth and glowing without the sun's damaging rays.
