Work In a 5-minute Workout
Fitness Expert, Beth Oliver, joined us today with a great idea for those of us who say we don't have time to exercise. She showed us an easy way to fit in a five-minute workout using a flight of stairs and a light set of hand weights.
To warm up, simply walk up and down the stairs a few times.
Then, add simple arm exercises:
Get as creative as you like...and if you have time for more than 5 minutes, repeat the sequence or add abdominal work (Like holding a hover position on the floor.)
