Fine Artist and craft wiz, Rebecca Shapiro, joined us today with a great idea for dressing up our Thanksgiving Tables -- fun place card holders easy enough to make with your kids.

Thanksgiving Place Cards (directions included on download).

Supplies:

• scissors,
• colored card stock,
• glue,
• scotch tape,
• glitter,
• glitter glue,
• decorative pens,etc.

Directions:

• Print place cards on colored card stock.
• Write guest name on figure with decorative pen.
• Embellish figure with glitter.
• Once dry, cut along straight lines of rectangle at base of figure.
• Trim approximately 1/8” away from the figure.
• Overlap ends of rectangle together to form a circular stand. Tape closed.
• Note: If you don't have cardstock you can print on white printer paper and have your kids color the place cards.
