How to De-Stress

Author and Psychotherapist, Donald Altman,  embraces twenty-first century science to offer practical, everyday strategies for combating stress, anxiety, and depression.  In his book, The Minfulness Code, Donald discusses four keys for unlocking mindfulness: body, mind, spirit, and relationships while offering specific practices for turning each key toward a life full of more contentment, confidence, and joy. He shared some of these powerful tools with us today.
