  1. Getting rid of extra weight is all about calories in vs. calories expended. Nothing else matters!
  2. Find some type of exercise that works for you and do it several times a week. Have fun with it! (fast walk, jogging, biking)
  3. Find a weight loss/diet that fits your personality.
  4. Never stop until the job is finished!
