Around the World with the Flavors of Food
Award winning Chef Cindy Pawlcyn, known for putting Napa Valley on the map as much for its food as for its wine, joined us to share a few recipes from her fifth cookbook, Cindy's Supper Club: Meals from Around the World to Share with Family and Friends. This new cookbook is based on her biweekly Supper Club menus served at Cindy’s Backstreet Kitchen and filled with 25 international menus and more than 125 recipes from the world's greatest food destinations, including Hawaii, Brazil, Sweden, Italy, Morocco and Thailand.
