Chef Tse: New Twist on Mac & Cheese

The cold winter months are when we crave comfort food, so  Chef Tse -- Culinary Chef and Private Instructor -- showed us how to make the dish she craves most:  Three Cheese Macaroni.  It's her take on traditional Mac & Cheese!

Here are Chef Tse's additional tips for making her recipe:

Mix and match cheeses that you already have in the fridge. I like using a base of mild cheeses like cheddar, jack or Swiss. Then add parmesan, mozzarella, Colby or goat cheese for flavor. Then add one strong cheese like blue, smoked Gouda, pepper jack or Brie.

Got leftovers? Freeze them for a quick side dish later on. Divide the leftovers into portions and refrigerate until cold. Freeze for up to 3 months. To enjoy, thaw overnight and reheat slowly in a saucepan or in the oven.

You'll find the recipe for Three Cheese Macaroni on our recipes page.
