Feast Friday: Adam Sappington from "The Country Cat"

Feast Portland is a world-class event celebrating Oregon's bounty and the chefs and artisans who do some pretty amazing things with it.  Adam Sappington of The Country Cat serves up Southern dishes with Northwest soul at his restaurant!  He joined us today to share his award-winning entry from last year's Feast Portland "Sandwich Invitational"-- a lamb burger with Havarti cheese, mint slaw and tomato jam. By the way, Helen is still raving about it!
