Feast Friday: Gregory Gourdet of "Departure"

Feast Portland is a world-class event celebrating Oregon's bounty and the chefs and artisans who do some pretty amazing things with it.  Gregory Gourdet of Departure Restaurant and Lounge joined us.  He shared a delicious dish-- marinated pork tenderloin with carrot, peanut, chili, and mint on top of asian noodles. (Gregory also got some help from an unexpected sous chef-- Comedian Jay Pharoah.)
