Fight for Air Climb

It's time to renew your New Year's fitness resolutions-- take part in the second annual "Fight For Air Climb" in Portland. Renee Klein, CEO of the American Lung Association of the Mountain Pacific and Michael Schoonmaker, Vice President/Senior Branch Manager for Fidelity Investments, joined us to share more about the event.

Participants have the opportunity to climb 20, 40, 80, 120 or 160 floors-- climb the stairs up, ride the elevators back down. Stair climbing burns 2x as many calories as running, so it’s a great workout.  And if you need more incentive, KATU's Steve Dunn will be participating again.
