Gluten-free desserts may be a healthy option for lots of people, and absolutely necessary for others, but they get a bad rap when it comes to flavor. Baker Kyra Bussanich, has beaten her wheat-flour based competition three times on the Food Network’s “Cupcakes Wars,” most recently winning on the episode that aired November 9th.
