A recent article by Marcia Reynolds in Psychology Today acknowledged the challenge women faced 40 years ago as they entered the professional workforce with unprecedented choices and few models for guidance. Today’s Generation X female professionals are still trying to figure out how to best succeed professionally while managing their parental responsibilities as well as those of their households.
