Matzo Balls for Chicken Soup

Linda Cohen, author of 1,000 Mitzvahs explained the meaning of Passover which begins Friday night and lasts for eight days. We gather together on the first two nights of the holiday for a special meal called a seder (means order). One of the many traditional foods we eat is matzo balls in our chicken soup.
