Feeding your children right might seem to be one of life's greatest challenges, but it's a lot easier than you think. The biggest problem with children's eating habits, whether it's a sweet tooth, a picky eater, or a relentless snacker, comes from making the breakfast or dinner table a battleground. Often when parents stop pushing, the child starts eating. The trick is to prepare and offer a wide variety of nutritious foods and let the child decide how much of what. Elizabeth Somer, registered dietitian and author of Eat Your Way to Happiness showed us how to feed our kids to help them be their smartest.
