Oscar Nominee June Squibb on "Nebraska"

Nebraska is the new movie from Academy Award-winning director Alexander Payne ( Sideways and The Descendants) It tells the story of a father and his adult son who embark on a journey to claim a million-dollar prize; what begins as a fool’s errand becomes a search for the road to redemption.

Bruce Dern and Will Forte may have the big roles, but it's June Squibb who steals the show as the family's foulmouthed matriarch. The veteran stage actress didn’t pursue a film career until she was in her 60s and nearly lost out on her Oscar nominated role in Nebraska. She joined us to talk about making the film and what she's looking forward to wearing on Oscar night!
