Janice Bangs was at Lloyd Center today where she took a stroll through a colon with Dr. Todd Crocenzi, Oncologist with Providence Cancer Center, to find out first hand how colorectal cancer screenings can save lives.
Visitors can walk through the three-dimensional exhibit, The Strollin Colon - a pink inflatable structure that is 12 feet long, 10 feet high and 10 feet wide, where they will see everything on a large scale, including giant polyps and the different stages of conditions affecting the colon.
Come down to learn more about colorectal cancer and your health – this exhibit is on display at Lloyd Center today. Friday it will be at Portland Providence Medical Center. Head to our Family Matters page to learn more.
