Tour de Cure: The Maas Family

More than 29 million children and adults in the United States live with diabetes, including 10 year old Paige Maas. She was diagnosed with Type 1 when she was just 7.  Since that time, Paige and her family have been helping raise money to find a cure.  She joined us, along with her father Brad, to share a little about life with the disease and why they participate in Tour de Cure.

Tour de Cure is designed for anyone from the casual rider to the experienced cyclist with routes that include the 5-mile family ride to the 100-mile century. Routes will feature rest stops with food to fuel the journey and volunteers to cheer riders on to the finish line party that will include food, entertainment and activities for the whole family.
