Rose Festival is shut down at the Waterfront
By Shannon L. Cheesman KATU.com Producer/ReporterAccording to Rich Jarvis, PIO for the Rose Festival, the Waterfront Village is shut down and they are not taking any more admissions. No rides. He said there is no major damage - only some minor wind damage to vendor displays. |
