Beachcombing...

On Tuesday, we arrived at our new home away from home - Nehalem Bay State Park on the Oregon coast, a campground we've never been to before.

There were lots of spots to choose from when we arrived, but folks started streaming in later in the day.  It's not completely full, but we now have a lot of neighbors.  And it seems everyone here has dogs... I can't tell you how many different breeds we've seen.  Of course, we have dogs too - two Chihuahuas and an Australian Shepherd/Bordie Collie mix.

After getting our RV set up, having some lunch and knocking off some work, we headed off to the beach for a nice, relaxing stroll.  It was windy and cold, but absolutely beautiful.

After several days of hot temperatures at the coast, the weather appears to be changing.  We had to dig our coats out of the closet for the first time since we began the beach week trip on Saturday.
