We're back in camp after spending the day touring the Long Beach Peninsula in Washington state. Hardly anyone was there and we felt like we had the whole peninsula all to ourselves - just the way we like it. I must say, this really is a good time of year to travel along the Long Beach Peninsula. We had no trouble finding parking wherever we went, the tourist attractions were devoid of crowds and it was quiet and peaceful. We took lots of great pictures and just enjoyed the serenity of it all. Stay tuned for photos and more.

Camp Rilea is a military reservation over on the Oregon coast and believe it or not, they have overnight RV spots you can reserve for $20 a night - provided you have some type of military service under your belt. Read more »
