HILLSBORO, Ore. -- There was emotional testimony in the child sex abuse case against the vice president and CFO at Pacific University on Wednesday.
Michael Mallery is accused of sexually abusing two girls related to him. He's pleaded not guilty to seven counts of sex abuse.
Investigators say a family member accused him in 2010, but he wasn't charged then. Another girl came forward last year.
On Wednesday, Mallery testified he'd sometimes get in a hot tub naked with the alleged victims but there was nothing sexual about it. He later broke down and cried, saying he "hadn't done anything".
Mallery is on unpaid personal leave from the university.
