MILWAUKIE, Ore. – One man died in a motorhome fire in Milwaukie early Friday morning.

Fire crews responded to a reported explosion at 7958 SE Glencoe Road around 6:45 a.m., according to Clackamas fire spokesman Brandon Paxton. Neighbors at the mobile home park called 9-1-1 and reported the explosion.

Firefighters found the body of 61-year-old James Randall inside the motorhome after they put out the fire.

Fire investigators on Monday announced the fire was caused by combustable materials that were left too close to a portable heater.
