SOUTHGATE, Ore. – A Milwaukie, Ore. woman was arrested and accused of DUII after deputies said she crashed into a motorcycle in Southgate, injuring the rider.

Deputies were writing reports at a substation when they heard a crash just after 9:30 a.m., according to Clackamas County Deputy Nate Thompson.

They found a Ford Thunderbird with a Ducati motorcycle under the front of the car at Southeast Fuller Road and Causey Road. The Thunderbird had heavy damage to its front.

The motorcycle rider, Timothy Zimmerman, was found about 20 feet away from the crash. Medics took him to a hospital where he was treated for leg injuries.

Deputies arrested the driver, Kerrie Farr of Milwaukie, after interviewing her and determining she had been drinking, Thompson said. Farr’s blood alcohol level was almost twice the legal limit.

Deputies took Farr to the Clackamas County Jail.
