Woman says she was carjacked in NE Portland early Wednesday

PORTLAND, Ore. – A 43-year-old woman said she was carjacked early Wednesday morning in NE Portland.

She called police at about 6:20 a.m. to report her 1992 Toyota Celica – license-plate number 302 BBR – had been stolen at NE 100th Ave. and NE Glisan.

The woman said the suspect pulled her out of the car and drove away. She didn't believe he had a weapon, and she wasn't injured.

The car is white, and has a spoiler. It also has a big dent on the passenger side and the trunk is dinged up.

The suspect is a man in his 20s with an average build. He was wearing a dark shirt and black baseball cap.
