Police ask for public's help finding missing Portland man

Update: Police located Robert Morrow and returned him to his home. No further details about his disappearance were released.


PORTLAND, Ore. – Police are asking for the public’s help find a missing Portland man who has not been seen since Monday afternoon.

Robert Leslie Morrow, 59, was last seen leaving a doctor’s appointment at Legacy Emanuel Medical Center around 3 p.m.

Police say Morrow is “developmentally delayed” and may not ask anyone for help. He is familiar with TriMet and lives in North Portland’s Kenton neighborhood.

Morrow is 6’2’’ tall and weighs about 290 pounds. He has a think, gray beard. Police said he was last seen wearing a blue windbreaker, blue jeans and a dirty baseball cap.

Anyone who sees Morrow is asked to call 9-1-1. Anyone with information about Morrow is asked to call Detective Lori Fonken at 503-823-1081.
