An Oregon City man died after his Jeep crashed along Highway 26 south of Madras early Sunday morning, state police said.

Libke had the capabilities of a traditional police officer – he had a gun, badge, the power to arrest people – but as part of the reserve officer program, he wasn’t a paid, full-time officer.
People who knew Larry Cambra say he had a history of violent behavior.
