Police arrest Salem robbery suspect; 2nd suspect sought

SALEM, Ore. – Police arrested a woman accused of robbing three Salem convenience stores in just over an hour early Sunday morning.

Police are looking for a second suspect in the case.

Robin Templeton, 48, was arrested by Salem SWAT members Tuesday afternoon. Police said Templeton was driving a Kia Sedona van used in the robberies. Templeton was taken to the Marion County Jail on robbery charges.

Salem police are looking for 24-year-old Roberta Alean Hudson in connection with the robberies. She’s described as 5’8’’ tall, 160 pounds, with red hair and blue eyes. She is believed to be homeless in the Salem area, police said.

The robber showed the clerks a handgun during the three robberies. No shots were fired. The suspect didn’t hurt any of the clerks.
