WILSONVILLE, Ore. – Clackamas County sheriff’s deputies are looking for a man who they said robbed a Super 8 motel at gunpoint in Wilsonville Saturday night.

The suspect walked into the motel, located at 25438 SW Parkway Ave., at around 9 p.m., according to Sgt. Dan Kraus. He robbed the clerk of an undisclosed amount of cash, left the motel and drove away in a car that was parked near the entrance, Kraus said.

The suspect is described as a white man in his late 30s who has short, dark hair. He was wearing light-colored jeans, white shoes and a dark T-shirt with a large eagle design on the front from shoulder to shoulder. He also has a large tattoo on his forearm.

The sheriff’s office released surveillance photos from the motel.

Kraus said at this time there is no evidence connecting this robbery with the recent La Quinta inn robbery in Wilsonville or the Silver Cloud inn robbery in Portland.
