I think the informed population knows that corn is not truly a vegetable! it is a grain. Why in the world you would pick one of the most expensive markets in Portland for this segment is a mystery to me. You zoomed in on the pre-made, hugely expensive chicken fajita mix that Zupans sells. You used instant rice instead of regular whole grain rice. Eating on the fly is part of why this country is overweight. Here is a few good tips once a week turn off the reality t.v. program your watching, peruse through your pantry and see what you have on hand, write down a menu for the week ahead, do your shopping for the whole week all at once, stick to your menu, cook dinner when you get home....stay out of the store all together.Â
