My husband Mike and I went out on  Tillamook at Garaboldie boat base Sat. Oct 27, 2007 for our 26th Wedding Anniversary. This is what my husband gave me for our anniversary.  A whopping 44 lb. Chinook, fishing with herring.  What a rush. We moved out here in 1990 from Texas and we sure don't find anything like this.  His first fish he caught was in the Sandy while fly fishing. That was a Steel-head weighting in at 26 lbs but unfortunately it was a native and he had to release it.
