SEATTLE -- Federal and local law enforcement officers blocked off streets and kept watch from rooftops Wednesday as a judge re-imposed a 22-year sentence for Ahmed Ressam.

A police motorcade brought Ressam to and from the federal courthouse in Downtown Seattle, and explosives-sniffing dogs checked out vehicles in the area.
