The Grand Floral Parade will be held on Saturday, June 9.  It will begin at 10 a.m. at the Memorial Coliseum and end a few hours later in downtown Portland.  Following is a list of detours, closures and other information:

Freeway Ramps

• ODOT crews will escort Grand Floral Parade floats from the Vaughn Street on-ramp to northbound I-405 (Fremont Bridge), to southbound I-5, to the Rose Quarter/City Center exit between 2 a.m. and 4 a.m.  While all lanes on the Fremont Bridge and freeways will be open during the escort, motorists may experience short delays for the slow-moving floats.
• The Rose Quarter (Broadway/Weidler) exit ramp from northbound I-5 will close from approximately 6:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
• The Convention Center/Rose Quarter exit from the ramp connecting westbound I-84 to northbound I-5 will be closed from approximately 6:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
• The Rose Quarter/City Center exit ramp from southbound I-5 will close from approximately 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Burnside Bridge

• Closed to vehicle traffic from 7 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
• Closed to river traffic from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m.
• Sidewalks in the center of the Burnside Bridge will be closed from 7 a.m. until after the parade, due to the narrow path created by the bridge construction project.  Sidewalks at both ends of the bridge will remain open for parade attendees.

TriMet

• Bus lines 12, 19 and 20 will be detoured across the Morrison Bridge while the Burnside Bridge is closed.
