Man deemed innocent stuck in prison
A Virginia man spent four years in prison for a rape he did not commit. And even though his accuser later admitted she lied and he was ordered released, he is still behind bars. Todd Corillo reports.

The jest of the story is, He is still in jail even though the charges have been recanted and he was ordered released.
There should be penalties for false reporting, false imprisonment, and malicious slander. And, the state or county should be held accountable financially for every day this man remains imprisoned after he was ordered released and the officials responsible held accountable for false imprisonment.

I can only imagine that there are a large number of people who have been victimized and socially marginalized...lives ruined forever... by vindictive and hateful witches that falsely accuse and exploit and manipulate the police. The standards of evidence are too low and the willingness and ease with which the police can manufacture "evidence" makes this all too common. Consider the number of people wrongly convicted of murder and multiply by 1000.
When a 10 Year old Lies, this is exactly what i am talking about what if more kids do this and lie? Now what? If a person is able to lie and decive, then there fully responsible enough to take what ever punishment comes there way regardless of there race, age and gender.

Just another case that will make it much harder to prosecute a rape case. There are so many rape accusations that are bogus and the woman recants, fails to follow through or just drops the charges. Some even go back to the person they accused of rapping them.

Women should be really mad about this and speak out. The girl made it worse for everyone.
