Students pay tribute to girl lost to cancer with fundraiser

The Varsity Boys basketball game Friday night at Beaverton High was a win-win for the home team. Not only did the Beavers beat Southridge, fans scored a victory too in memory of a beloved classmate, Maddie Lauer, who lost her life to cancer.
