One Ingredient Fruit Popsicles: Slice pineapple lengthwise, add a popsicle stick to one end, place in the freezer on a plate or in a Tupperware covered for a least 2 hours. Enjoy!
Green Machine Smoothie: Blend spinach, frozen strawberries, frozen bananas and water together for a hydrating and satisfying smoothie. Make too much? Pour excess smoothie into an ice-cube tray for snacking on later.
Apple Cupcakes and Cookies: Use apple halves or apple slices as the base of your cupcake or cookie, spread with nut butter, such as peanut butter for frosting and then sprinkle with fresh fruit such as blueberries and shredded coconut!
