The groundbreaking for Harper's Playground at Arbor Lodge Park in North Portland was held on Friday, June 8, 2012. A new playground specifically geared towards kids with disabilities will be installed at the park, thanks to a grassroots effort. Pictured here is Rabbi Ariel Stone with the Congregation Shir Tikvah.
