Winnie the Pooh toys hit with lead recall
UNDATED - J.C. Penney stores are recalling 70,000 children's toys because they contain dangerous levels of lead.

The toys include Winnie the Pooh play sets and art kits made in Taiwan and Vietnam.

A government safety spokesperson says this round of toy recalls is the direct result of the commitment that was made earlier this summer to rid the shelves of contaminated products.
