Two teens killed, one injured in car crash
CARSON, Wash. - Authorities are investigating a crash that killed two teenagers and injured a third near Carson, Wash., early Saturday.
The Skamania County Sheriff's Office identified those killed as 19-year-old Kirsty Leslie and 17-year-old Gregory Pruitt, both of Carson.
Talea Leslie, 14, of Wishram, Wash., was taken by ambulance to Legacy Emanuel Hospital in Portland for treatment, the sheriff's office said. She was listed in serious condition there Sunday.
According to the sheriff's office, the single-car crash was discovered about 7 a.m. on Wind River Highway on the outskirts of Carson at milepost 5.5.
The sheriff's office is investigating the cause of the crash.
