On 12/7/07 at approximately 5:30 p.m., the parents of 13-year-old Anthony K. Abruzzini called 911 to report their son as missing.

The parents describe Anthony as "mildly autistic." Anthony was last seen Friday at around 9:30 a.m. at the Vancouver School of the Arts and Academics where he attends school.  He did not attend any of his classes.

Anthony's parents have discovered a two-page hand written note from Anthony.  In it, Anthony describes meeting someone named "Frank" online.  Anthony informed his parents through this letter that he was going to go live with and work for "Frank".  Nothing further is known about "Frank" at this time.

Friends of Anthony have said that over the last several months he has talked about going to Seaside to start a new life.  Anthony has no known ties to the Seaside area.

Anthony is described as a white male, approximately 5 feet, 6 inches tall, 135 pounds, brown hair with brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black and grey Columbia brand jacket, black t-shirt with red lettering on front, baggy jeans and black and white Vans brand shoes.

Anthony has been entered into the national computer system as a missing/endangered person. A computer Forensics Detective is currently assigned to this case.  He will be examining the family's computers in an attempt to locate Anthony.

Anyone with information about Anthony's whereabouts is asked to call 911.
