TUALATIN, Ore. (AP) - Police are hoping that the public can help them track down a Tualatin man who left home last week, and hasn't been heard from since.

A friend drove Eugene Dunn, 70, on June 25 to Central Oregon area and dropped him off, a police spokesman said.

Dunn was last seen south of La Pine, in an isolated, rugged area. He was wearing a brown flannel overcoat, a white and blue flannel shirt, blue jeans, black tennis shoes and a brown cowboy hat.

Dunn is described as white, 5 feet 10 inches tall, 140 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.

The Lake County Sheriff's Office searched an extensive area over the next two days, to no avail.

Anyone with information about his whereabouts should contact police.
