If you're a dog owner, you know how happy it makes your pooch to be let off the leash to roam free on a sandy beach.  But what if you're not a dog owner and you just want to enjoy a stroll along the coast?  Do unleashed dogs make you a little nervous?  Should dog owners use a little pet etiquette and keep Fido leashed?
