Police, investigators raid Auto Link
GRESHAM, Ore. - More trouble is in store for Auto Link after police served search warrants at four locations associated with the Gresham car dealership.
Thursday morning, officers from the Gresham Police Department, along with state investigators from the Department of Justice and the Department of Motor Vehicles, moved in on the Auto Link dealership on Southeast Stark. They also raided a shop owned by Auto Link Founder David Edmonds and two other locations.
According to police, they have received 25 complaints against Auto Link from people who say they sold their vehicles on consignment with the dealership but never received a penny of the profit.
