Boy, 3, killed in accident at home in Seaside

SEASIDE, Ore. (AP) - A 3-year-old Seaside boy died after he was trapped under the front wheel of a compact tractor.

Clatsop County sheriff's deputies say Ethen Kilburn was playing on the tractor Monday when he released the brake, causing it to roll down the driveway.

The toddler fell from the moving machinery and became pinned under the front tire.

The boy's body was found by his mother. The death has been ruled accidental.
