WASHINGTON COUNTY, Ore. - Authorities are investigating after a construction worker found a body in an open area near Beaverton Tuesday night.

The Washington County Sheriff's Office would not describe the person's sex or approximate age or the condition of the body. The cause of death was also unknown.
