Minor earthquake rattles Scotts Mills area

SCOTTS MILLS, Ore. - Did you feel the earth move this morning?
Well, most people probably did not, but the earth did move a little just before 7:30 a.m.
A magnitude 3.0 earthquake was recorded about nine miles southeast of Scotts Mills.
Residents of Molalla, Silverton and Salem may have felt some movement.
