Some fireworks shows are out this year

PORTLAND, Ore. - The struggling economy has forced the cancellation of a few local 4th of July fireworks shows but there are still plenty of spots where you can take the family this year.

Fort Vancouver and Clackamette Park are out this year but the show will go on at the following places:

• General Canby Days
• Molalla Buckaroo
• Oaks Park
• Portland Waterfront Blues Fest
