MILWAUKIE, Ore. - He's a convicted sex offender who pretends to be a teenager, hangs around high schools and sometimes dresses as a woman.

And Milwaukie police are looking for the 20-year-old in connection with sex abuse cases involving two 14-year-old girls.

Samuel Bloodsaw III allegedly lured the Milwaukie High School girls in by telling them he was 16 years old.

He's a registered sex offender with prior arrests for sex abuse, sodomy and parole violations. He's also been arrested before for failing to register as a sex offender and is wanted on a state parole violation.

Officers said they've also had contact with Bloodsaw while he was dressed as a woman, though they are not sure if that is part of his ploy in attracting underage victims.

He was last seen Dec. 7 at the Greenhouse Square shopping center on Southeast 82nd Drive. When he showed up for his weekly tae kwon do class in the shopping center, someone told him that police were looking for him and distributing fliers about him, causing him to take off.

Detectives said the next day someone saw Bloodsaw at the Milwaukie Transit Center - a place frequented by teenagers.

They believe he's still in the area and may have more victims.

Milwaukie police described him as a light-skinned black male, 5 foot 8 inches tall, 170 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. He's known to change his appearance.
