Missing 19-year-old with Down Syndrome found safe

VANCOUVER, Wash. - A 19-year-old with Down Syndrome who disappeared after heading out for a walk earlier this week was found safe on Thursday, according to the Vancouver Police Department.

Luis A. DeLeon was found walking in the area of E. Mill Plain Blvd. and Brandt Road.  He was in good health and was returned home. 

Details about where he had been or what he had been doing while gone were not released but he was found on the same day he was reported missing.
