On July 9, 2009, at 2:00 a.m., an intuitive mother detected a suspected "Peeping Tom" had returned to her residence – once again – to peer into her 14-year-old daughter's bedroom window.

As a result, she first alerted her husband and the next door neighbor man who soon discovered the suspect in the act.

The suspect physically resisted the efforts of these citizen's to detain him while Deputy Sheriff's responded to the call.

The Clackamas County Sheriff's were alerted to the scene and conducted their criminal investigation which resulted in the arrest of Paul Cameron Klick, age 43, who resides in Damascus.

As a result of this suspect's effort to resist being detained the victim in this case received minor injuries to his knee, elbow and nose.

Medical responded to the scene and evaluated these victim injuries. It is anticipated the victim will be seeking further medical assistance later in the day.
